Parveen Boora, MD FRCSC
Dr. Boora is a General Surgeon. He attended the University of Lethbridge and completed a BSc Co-op degree in Biochemistry. He went on to complete Medical School and a General Surgery Residency at the University of Alberta. His practice includes the full spectrum of General Surgery and endoscopy with a special interest in thyroid surgery and surgical education.
Yiming Qian, MD FRCSC
Dr. Yiming Qian is a General Surgeon. He completed his surgical residency at the University of Calgary.
George Roxin, MD FRCSC
Dr Roxin is a General Surgeon. He attended medical school at Memorial University of Newfoundland and completed General Surgery residency training at Dalhousie University. He also completed a fellowship in Colorectal Surgery at the University of Calgary.
Aaron Banmann, MD FRCSC
Dr. Banmann is a General Surgeon. He studied pharmacology and medicine at the University of Alberta, and completed his surgical residency through the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. His practice includes thyroid, parathyroid, breast and abdominal surgery as well as access procedures for patients requiring dialysis.
Anthony Gomes, MD FRCSC
Dr. Gomes is a General Surgeon. He studied genetics and engineering at the University of Alberta, and completed Medical School and General Surgery Residency at the University of Alberta. Though he covers all areas of General Surgery, his special interests are thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and endoscopy/ERCP.
Kirsten Jones, MD FRCSC
Dr. Jones is a General Surgeon. She trained at Queen's University and has a fellowship in Foregut and Laparoscopic Surgery from the University of Calgary. She performs surgeries including anti-reflux surgery, stomach, colon and breast cancer surgery, hernia repair, gallbladder removal, and removal of the spleen, as well as other general surgical procedures. Many of these procedures are offered using a minimally invasive approach. She also performs Endoscopy.
Luke Szobota, MD FRCSC
Dr. Szobota is a General Surgeon with an interest in minimally invasive surgery, endoscopy, and quality improvement. He completed his Medical Doctorate at Queens university and his General Surgery residency at the University of Toronto.
